What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized respiratory or nursing care for patients on ventilators
- Monitor and adjust ventilator settings to ensure optimal patient outcomes

- Educate patients and families on ventilator use and care procedures
- Document patient progress and update medical records accurately
- Assist in emergency response situations involving ventilated patients
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RRT or RN license in Massachusetts
- Experience with ventilated patients or critical care preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a hospital or critical care environment
- Ability to adapt in fast-paced settings
