- Pay: Per-service payment from $5 to $100; pay package discussed upon application

What You’ll Do
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ respiratory needs
- Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot respiratory and ventilator equipment
- Educate patients and families on equipment use and therapy adherence
- Communicate findings to physicians and document patient care accurately
- Support patient compliance and understanding of treatment plans
- Respond to on-call needs for NIV patients as required
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and certifications
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RRT, CRT, or RN licensure in New Mexico
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and independent work skills
Preferred:
- Completion of an accredited respiratory care program
- Home respiratory care experience
- Degree in respiratory therapy or related science
- At least one year of relevant work experience
