Description JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Endocrinology • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Hobart, IN • Service Setting: Inpatient + Outpatient • Employment Status: Full-Time • Practice Setting: Group Practice/FQHC-Look Alike • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, flexible work schedule • Call Schedule: Rotating Call • Call Ratio: 1:4 PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Volume/Census: 15+ clinic patients per day • Case Mix: Endocrinology • Practice Scope: Inpatient and Outpatient Endocrinology FACILITY INFORMATION • EMR System: Epic with AI functionality in both inpatient and outpatient settings • Technology: Fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII • Support: Collegial system physicians providing mentorship and practice-development support PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE • Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 90–120 days COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary: Highly competitive and negotiable • Productivity: Contract bonuses based on visit productivity • Sign-On Bonus: Negotiable • Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision plans included • Retirement: 403(b) opportunities with employer match • CME: Exceptional CME funds • Licensure Reimbursement: License, CSR, DEA, dues, and subscriptions • Paid Time Off: Flexible time off totaling 6 weeks • Student Loan Repayment: HRSA Workforce Student Loan Repayment JOB REQUIREMENTS • Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible Required • Licenses: Not Specified • Other Qualifications: Subspecialty interests are encouraged, with opportunity to design the practice around personal goals DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient Endocrinology services. • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with endocrine disorders. • Maintain an outpatient clinic volume of approximately 15+ patients per day. • Participate in the 1:4 call rotation. • Document patient care using Epic. • Collaborate with physicians and other members of the integrated healthcare team. • Participate in development of the Endocrinology practice based on clinical interests and organizational needs. • Deliver high-quality, respectful care consistent with the organization's community-focused mission. * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
