Details/Requirements for Assignment #115627:
-- Must be Board Certified
-- Must have active and unrestricted WV license
-- Call type: beeper 
-- Callbacks expected per day: 4
-- 17-20 deliveries per month (small critical access hospital)
-- Reason for coverage: Perm provider taking off
-- ED/ walk in patients
-- CRNA's, Respiratory therapy, Pediatrician 30 minute response time
-- Sole OBGYN on site during these days
-- EPIC EMR
