ICU Registered Nurse – Critical Care Float Pool – Columbus, OH

Pay & Benefits:


  • Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do:


  • Provide ICU care across various units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, MICU, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU

  • Float between units based on staffing needs and patient acuity within units of equivalent or lower acuity

  • Manage ventilator support, telemetry, and IV starts

  • Utilize EPIC electronic health record system effectively

  • Adhere to protocols for patient safety and quality care

  • Support patient recovery and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams



What You Need:


  • Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility to practice in Ohio

  • Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience

  • Proficiency with ventilator management, telemetry, and IV starts

  • BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills
