What You’ll Do:


  • Assess patients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans

  • Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients’ daily functioning

  • Collaborate with physical therapists and healthcare team members

  • Record and report patient progress and treatment outcomes

  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet each patient's specific needs

  • Document therapy sessions accurately and comply with legal standards



What You Need:


  • Current valid Occupational Therapist license in Texas

  • At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred

  • Strong communication and patient care skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
