Description About the Opportunity - Seeking an Experienced full-time NP/PA for the Pre-Admission Testing Department - Outpatient practitioner ensuring patients are medically optimized, risks are clearly communicated, and anesthesia has the necessary information to safely proceed - Part of a hospital-owned medical group with support from a strong administrative team - New position to support anesthesia clearance for patients Highlights - Outpatient office setting - Team of 1 physician, 1 nurse practitioner - No call, no rounding - Hours negotiable - Start date: as soon as available, flexible Compensation & Benefits - Hospital-employed status - Salary range: $115,000 " $159,000 based on experience, with guaranteed base plus incentive package - Additional compensation through a productivity-based incentive program - Occurrence malpractice coverage - Individual and family health insurance - CME/professional dues - Paid time off - Disability coverage - Retirement plans - EPIC electronic health records Qualifications - NP or PA Location - Upper Hudson Valley region of Upstate New York " 2 hours north of NYC and 30 minutes south of Albany.
