PACU Registered Nurse – Shreveport, LA

What You’ll Do:
- Provide advanced perioperative care in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU)
- Monitor patient vital signs and recovery progress post-surgery
- Administer medications and interventions as prescribed
- Collaborate with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals
- Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes
- Respond swiftly to emergency situations or changes in patient condition
- Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state licensure
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required)
- Minimum of 2 years' current PACU nursing experience
- Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work efficiently under pressure
