What You’ll Do:


  • Provide skilled nursing assessments and care for medical-surgical patients

  • Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely

  • Respond to patient needs, alarms, and transfers with professionalism

  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to evaluate and update patient care plans

  • Follow physician orders diligently and clarify any medication or care changes

  • Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses carefully

  • Contribute to maintaining a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment



What You Need:

Required:


  • Valid RN license in the state of Michigan

  • Prior Med Surg experience is preferred

  • Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills



Preferred:


  • Ability to work night shifts

  • Experience working in fast-paced hospital settings
