Description Western Pennsylvania opportunity for a Chief of Cardiothoracic Surgery. You will join a growing and financially stable healthcare system with 9 hospitals that covers 29 counties in Pennsylvania. This will be an opportunity to run an established Cardiothoracic Surgery Program.$975,000 base compensation, guaranteed for two years. Up to $50,000 annual quality incentive. $50,000 sign-on bonus, forgiven over three years. Excellent Medical, Dental, & Vision Package. $10k Relocation Assistance, 40 Hours + 3k Annual CME allowance, 25 days PTO, Malpractice including Tail Coverage, 403(b) Retirement Plan with 4% Employer Match.
