What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality ICU care to adult and geriatric patients with complex conditions such as COPD, ARDS, sepsis, oncology emergencies, and more.
- Manage ventilators, arterial pressure monitoring, chest tubes, central lines, and other invasive procedures.
- Administer complex medication regimens and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Respond to emergent patient needs and support clinical trials and procedures like plasmapheresis.
- Document patient care accurately using EPIC electronic health records.
- Maintain compliance with safety and hospital policies.
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio RN license
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- NIH stroke certification preferred
- 2+ years ICU/MICU experience
- Proficiency in using vents, IV starts, and EPIC charting
Preferred:
- Experience with complex therapies and procedures
- Ability to adapt to a rotating schedule
