Responsibilities:
- Independently evaluate and treat patients ages 2 and up
- Manage the full range of urgent care acuity
- Review laboratory results
- Read x-rays, including extremity and chest x-rays
- Follow up directly with patients regarding positive results
- Perform procedures independently, including suturing, Incision & drainage (I&D), Digital blocks, and Pelvic exams.
- Efficiently document patient encounters in the EMR
- Complete and close all charts by the end of the shift
- Continue seeing patients until clinic closing

Skills

Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in Georgia
- At least 1 year of urgent care or outpatient clinic experience within the last 12 months
- Comfortable treating children ages 2 and up
- Comfortable working independently as the sole provider for a full 12-hour shift
- Able to commit to 3 shifts per week consistently
- Able to see approximately 3–4 patients per hour
- Able to complete documentation during the same shift
- Clean professional record with no malpractice claims, no board actions, no disciplinary history, and no criminal convictions.
- Preferred: Providers living within 30–45 miles of their desired location

Notes

Schedule:
3 shifts per week, every week
12-hour shifts
Schedule window: Sunday–Saturday
Solo provider in a busy urgent care clinic
Providers must arrive 15 minutes before the shift starts
Patient care continues until closing:
8:00 PM at most locations
7:30 PM at South Georgia locations
Compensation: $65–$85/hour
Type of Contract: W2 or 1099 available / Malpractice insurance provided
