Pay & Benefits:
- Pay Rate: $35.51 per hour

What You’ll Do:
- Provide rehabilitative, skilled, and medically necessary treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist
- Conduct ADL retraining, therapeutic activities, exercises, modalities, and assistive device support
- Assess patient progress and communicate adjustments to treatment plans accordingly
- Document all treatments and patient progress in compliance with regulatory standards
- Collaborate with healthcare team members and provide guidance to patients, families, and caregivers
- Participate in team meetings, training, and conferences relevant to patient care and professional growth
- Support and supervise students under the guidance of the supervising OT
What You Need:
- Active State OT Licensure/Registration (if applicable)
- Experience working with patients with cognitive and/or physical disorders preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Knowledge of healthcare documentation standards and regulatory requirements
