You are invited to fill a critical role in a brand new, ultramodern urgent care initiative launching several centers throughout the Oklahoma City and Norman, Oklahoma metros. Urgent care centers are owned and operated by one of Oklahoma's largest and most respected nonprofit hospital systems and feature large locations designed with modern furnishings and fixtures, and equipped with all the necessary diagnostic tools including x-ray & a laboratory!

Our stunning, modern urgent care centers focus heavily on the PATIENT EXPERIENCE, providing spectacular patient care and comfort throughout the entirety of their visit!

Highlights include:

• Large, ultramodern clinics with coffeehouse-style amenities.
• X-rays read by offsite radiology group in under 30 minutes!
• Owned and operated by one of Oklahoma’s top ranked nonprofit hospital systems.
• Several exam rooms plus minor procedure suite.
• Onsite x-ray & laboratory.
• Large staff includes NPs & PAs, x-ray/radiology technologists, LPNs, and MAs.
• EPIC EMR

• Full time position features block scheduling
• Mix of weekday, weekend, and holiday shifts

• Base compensation of $175,299 plus daily bonus opportunities
• Medical, dental, and vision (including fertility treatment and orthodontics!)
• 176 hours of PTO first year (increasing to 272 hours)
• Employer retirement match starting at 3% (increasing to 6% over time)
• $2,500/year in CME Allowance

• Minimum of two years of experience as an APP in urgent care or related field
• MSN-Family Nurse Practitioner degree or Masters of Physician Assistant Studies degree from accredited program
• Prior experience as an APP in urgent care or related setting
• Oklahoma licensure (or ability to obtain licensure in Oklahoma)
• BLS certification
• Valid DEA License
• Other qualifications that may not be listed above
