Description Specialty: Internal Medicine - Pulmonary Disease Start date: ASAP End date: Ongoing Coverage type: No Call Schedule: Pulmonology Outpatient clinic - 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday -Thursday / 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. Friday No call coverage Volume of cases - Approximately 15 visits/day – may be more depending on the physician’s level of efficiency Number of Physicians in practice: One – Dr. Subramanyam Yadam Will other Physicians provide coverage during locums coverage dates (list names): Yes – Dr. Yadam will be working the clinic at the same time Describe support staff: RN, Medical Assistant, and Patient Support Associate Dictation system: Dragon Documentation system/EMR: Epic Do you use Teleradiology? Yes, after hours and weekends, only when needed Medical school MUST be on the California Approved Medical School List Residency and Fellowship MUST be ACGME Approved Minimum 25 patient logs within 12 months Patients per shift: 15 No of beds : 32 bed ICU Notes: Minimum board eligible * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
