What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients across various units including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU, Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, and NCCU
- Float between units based on staffing needs, maintaining high standards of patient care
- Manage ventilators, perform IV starts, and utilize telemetry equipment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to monitor patient progress and implement care plans
- Adhere to hospital protocols and safety procedures
- Chart effectively in EPIC electronic medical records
What You Need
- Active Ohio RN license or compact license
- Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience in a fast-paced environment
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Proficiency in EPIC EMR system
- Skills in IV insertion, telemetry, and ventilator management
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
