- Qualifications: MD/DO Hematology-Oncology
- Board Certified
- KY License
- ACLS, BLS
- Covid vaccination
- Facility: A General Medical and Surgical Hospital
- Schedule: Dates: ASAP - Ongoing
- M-F; 8-5
- Call: 3-6 potential nights per month
- Assignment: Outpatient/Inpatient 95%/5%
- 70% oncology / 30% hematology
- Census: 22 patients per day
- Intrathecal Chemotherapy
- Intracavitary Chemotherapy
- EMR: Epic
