Cochlear Baha Experience - Preferred Clinical Environment / Support
Clinical Support Assistants Available
Epic EMR Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology - Required
Pennsylvania Medical License or IMLC - Required at Time of Presentation
Candidates Requiring Licensure May Be Considered
DEA Registration - Required
ACLS - Required
Minimum of 1 Year of Experience - Required Credentialing
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 Days"
