What You’ll Do
- Provide surgical patient care in a fast-paced OR environment
- Circulate and potentially scrub on a variety of complex cases, including robotic, neuro-spine, bariatric, and transplant surgeries
- Support anesthesia teams and assist with equipment setup and troubleshooting
- Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
- Adhere to all perioperative standards and protocols
- Pass EKG competency exam prior to start date
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Louisiana or other state acceptable for temporary licensing
- At least 2 years of OR experience, including robotic surgery (preferred)
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications required; CSA or CSFA beneficial
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass EKG competency exam
