Pay & Benefits
- Pay rate: $52.00/hour (local pay)
- Weekly pay: $2,280 (gross for 40 hours) via direct deposit
- Per diem: $1,200 weekly

What You’ll Do
- Deliver acute hemodialysis treatments to hospitalized patients across ICU and medical-surgical units
- Operate the Tablo Hemodialysis System safely and effectively
- Conduct patient assessments before, during, and after dialysis procedures
- Monitor vital signs, treatment parameters, and vascular access, responding promptly to patient conditions
- Manage all types of dialysis vascular access, including AV fistulas, grafts, and catheters
- Collaborate with nephrologists, hospitalists, intensivists, and nursing team members
- Document treatments, assessments, and interventions accurately
- Maintain infection prevention and safety standards at all times
- Work independently in a fast-paced hospital setting to deliver high-quality care
What You Need
Required:
- Active and unrestricted Arizona RN license or compact license
- Minimum 2 years recent acute dialysis experience in a hospital environment
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Proficiency with all dialysis vascular access types
- Experience with the Tablo Hemodialysis System
Preferred:
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and teamwork
- Ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments

Support acute dialysis care at a leading hospital in Sierra Vista, Arizona.
