What You’ll Do
- Deliver high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ER setting
- Assess patient needs and implement appropriate interventions using the nursing process
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
- Manage patient documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure outstanding patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare laws and standards
- Adapt care approaches based on patient population, respecting privacy and dignity
What You Need
- Current Florida RN license
- BLS, CPI, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ER or acute care experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
