Description

Med-Peds Hospitalist to join established Hospitalist group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women’s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness.   • Potentially hospitalist and peds shifts could be done concurrently at the right time of year

  • Flexible on collaboratively creating this position



Components may include:


Hospitalist:



  1. Preferred schedule: 10 24-hr shifts/mo

  2. Average census: 10-12/day

  3. Telestroke and tele-psych support available


Pediatrics



  1. 24-hour unrestricted call shifts

  2. Average census: 1/day

  3. Includes coverage of nursery (well-baby, ~300 deliveries/year) and pediatric inpatients



Qualifications:


Hospitalist:



  • BE/BC in IM or FM


Pediatrics:



  • BE/BC Pediatrics or FM


Both:



  • Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines

  • *New Graduates Welcomed
