SMART is actively recruiting for a locum Emergency Medicine Physician to provide coverage for a client of ours in Arizona (Maricopa county, greater Phoenix metro area). The locum will be in a FSED with 14 beds.

Qualifications:

-License requirements:  Arizona
-Certification requirements:  ABEM
-Any additional requirements specific to job (i.e. specific availability, specific certifications, etc.) ACLS and ATLS

Job Summary:

Shift times: 7a-7p and 7p-7a.  Must be able to work both day and night shifts
Call Details (if applicable): N/A
Case types (if applicable): 14 Beds
Additional details: Free Standing Emergency Department
EMR: Cerner
