SHIFTS AVAILABLE
- 1st Shift (Day): 6:45am - 3:15pm
- 2nd Shift (Evening): 2:00pm - 10:30pm / 2:45pm - 11:15pm / 3:00pm - 11:00pm
- 3rd Shift (Night): 11:00pm - 7:00am

ABOUT THE ROLE
South Mountain Restoration Center is a long-term care and restoration facility serving adults with behavioral health and complex medical needs. Selinsgrove State Centre serves individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As an RN, you will deliver direct, person-centered nursing care as part of an interdisciplinary team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for assigned residents/individuals
- Administer and document medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy
- Monitor vital signs, behavioral and physical changes; escalate concerns promptly
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the medical record
- Supervise and direct LPNs, aides and direct-care staff as assigned
- Support behavioral health, restorative and developmental care plans
- Follow infection control, safety and state/federal regulatory standards
- Communicate with physicians, families and the care team

Skills

- Active, unrestricted Pennsylvania RN license (or multistate/compact license valid in PA)
- Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience; long-term care, behavioral health/psychiatric, or IDD experience preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification (AHA)
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, health screening/TB and state facility clearances
- Strong assessment, medication administration and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation to the facility

Notes

Pay: $48 - $54/hr, based on experience and shift.
Assignment type: Long-term contract, full time (36-40 hrs/week).
Weekly pay via direct deposit. Onboarding and credentialing handled by Sthenos Technologies.
