What You’ll Do

  • Provide postpartum and mother-baby care for new mothers and their infants

  • Assist with labor and delivery as needed

  • Start IVs and monitor IV sites, ensuring patient safety and comfort

  • Use EPIC electronic health records system for documentation

  • Float to similar units based on acuity and department needs

  • Educate and support new families during their postpartum stay

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient care



What You Need

Required:


  • Valid Ohio RN license or the ability to obtain one

  • Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience

  • BLS certification

  • IV certification and IV start skills



Preferred:


  • Experience with labor & delivery nursing

  • Previous travel nursing experience

  • EPIC EMR experience
