Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $46.90/hr

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and assess cardiac and medical patients, including post-surgical recovery and dialysis
- Interpret cardiac rhythms and manage non-titrating cardiac medications
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Assist with admissions, discharges, and documentation in Meditech Expanse EMR
- Support patient safety through telemetry monitoring and critical assessments
- Conduct phlebotomy and support IV services as needed
- Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and unit standards
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid Louisiana RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
- 2+ years of Telemetry experience in an acute care setting
- Ability to pass an EKG competency exam prior to start
- Strong cardiac rhythm interpretation and PIV skills
Preferred:
- Experience with post-surgical recovery, PIV, central line care, and TR bands
- Knowledge of non-titrating cardiac drips (e.g., Dobutamine, Heparin, Cardizem)
