What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate comprehensive nursing care for emergency department patients

  • Assess patient conditions and prioritize treatment needs

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

  • Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and health management

  • Document patient care activities accurately using Meditech charting system

  • Adhere to all healthcare standards, including those set by regulatory agencies and professional organizations

  • Ensure patient privacy and rights are maintained throughout care delivery


What You Need

  • Valid RN license for Michigan or applicable state license

  • Minimum of 2 years recent ER nursing experience

  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of emergency protocols and medical procedures
