What You’ll Do
- Provide emergency care to patients in a busy hospital ER setting
- Assess and prioritize patient needs rapidly and accurately
- Administer treatments and medications following ER protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
- Document patient information clearly and thoroughly
- Support emergency response efforts, including potential participation in emergency teams
- Maintain compliance with all safety, legal, and hospital policies
What You Need
- Valid Louisiana RN license (or eligible for licensure)
- Minimum 2 years of ER nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (preferred)
- Epic EMR system experience required
- Ability to work night shifts and assist with holiday coverage
- Strong critical thinking and interpersonal skills
