- Evaluate patients' physical and cognitive abilities and their surroundings to identify limitations and set goals.<;/li>
- Create customized treatment plans and apply diverse therapeutic methods to improve daily life skills.<;/li>
- Provide guidance on adaptive tools and assistive devices.<;/li>
- Educate patients and families on independence and condition management strategies.<;/li>
- Continuously assess and document patient progress and collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.<;/li>
