What You’ll Do
- Provide care to multiple medical-surgical patients with potential duties in the ER due to float policy
- Assist with various patient needs, following prescribed treatment plans
- Collaborate with a team including LPNs, CNAs, and staff secretary to ensure quality patient care
- Utilize Athena electronic medical record (EMR) system for documentation
- Adapt to a flexible workload, with possible shifts leaning more toward MedSurg or ER as needed
- Maintain compliance with AHA certification requirements (BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
What You Need
Required:
- Kansas or multistate RN license
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC certifications (AHA)
- 1+ years of RN experience (may consider under 3 years)
Preferred:
- Previous travel RN experience
- Ability to float between MedSurg and ER shifts effectively
- Strong adaptability and teamwork skills
