Coverage Details
-- ASAP – Ongoing
-- Facility hiring multiple candidates
-- Credentialing timeframe: 90-120 days; clean history may qualify for expedited privileges

Shift Details
-- Clinic hours are 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday
-- 24-hour in-house call from 7:00 AM - 7:00 AM
-- Physician needed 10-12 days per month
-- Three clinic days per week plus scheduled OR time and call coverage
-- Weekend and weekday availability preferred
-- Call response time required: 30 minutes
-- Average phone consults: 5-6 per call period
-- Patients seen while on call: 3-4
-- Call back percentage: 90%
-- Average admissions while on call: 2-3
-- Locum provider will be the only Urology physician on call with APP backup support

Requirements
-- Board Certified in Urology
-- Washington license or IMLC 
-- ACLS, ABLS, BLS, PALS 

Assignment Details
-- EMR: Epic
-- Patients per shift: Up to 16
-- Duties include admissions and rounding
-- Hospital and/or surgery center privileges required
-- RN support: 2
-- MA support: 1
-- PA/NP support: 3
-- Office staff support: 5
-- Level IV trauma facility
-- This position would be three clinic days per week in addition to scheduled OR time plus call coverage
-- Clinic currently consists of 1 MD, 3 PA-Cs, 1 RN, and 8 MA staff
-- Candidate expected to have 3 full clinic days, with 1 day dedicated to office procedures
-- Average of 2 days per week allocated for OR block time
-- Office procedures include cystoscopies, fusion biopsies, bladder biopsy, and UDS testing
-- Monthly call varies, with most providers taking 3-4 call days per month
-- Hospital
