What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and assess patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Document patient progress accurately and timely
- Respond to patient needs and emergent situations efficiently
- Maintain compliance with hospital policies and protocols
- Ensure a safe and compassionate environment for patients
What You Need:
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of recent Med Surg or Telemetry experience
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
About the Assignment:
This temporary RN role is based at a leading facility in Pittsfield, MA, offering a supportive team environment and opportunities for professional growth. The unit typically comprises 20 to 34 beds with a patient ratio of approximately 1:6, primarily providing high-quality care in a fast-paced setting. Dress code is personal scrubs of any color. Flexibility around weekend work and holiday coverage is required.
