What You’ll Do

  • Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical units

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

  • Assist with patient transfers, calls, and alarms

  • Educate patients and families on care plans

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update care strategies

  • Assess patient needs regularly and document care activities

  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and compliance efforts


What You Need

Required:


  • Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Michigan

  • Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience

  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills



Preferred:


  • Experience in a hospital setting

  • Ability to work independently and within team environments

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards
