What You’ll Do
- Provide direct patient care to a diverse adult population in a 20-34 bed unit
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding to changes promptly
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop care plans
- Document patient information accurately in EMR systems
- Participate in shift handoffs and team meetings
- Support a patient-centered approach enhancing recovery and comfort
What You Need
Required:
- Valid MA RN license
- Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg experience
- BLS certification
Preferred:
- ACLS certification
- Experience working in a hospital setting with patient ratios of approximately 1:6
