Registered Nurse (RN) - MS/Tele Float Pool – Columbus, Ohio

Pay & Benefits
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the MS/TELE units
- Flexibility to float across units of equivalent or lower acuity as needed
- Monitor patient telemetry and start IVs with proficiency
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic health records (EPIC experience preferred)
- Assist in patient education and discharge planning
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- Minimum 2 years of recent MS/TELE experience
- Current BCLS certification
- Proficiency in IV start and telemetry monitoring
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience with EPIC electronic health records
- Experience handling patient ratios of 1:4-5
