What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient manual therapy focusing on post-surgical rehabilitation
- Manage patient care across inpatient and outpatient settings covering a broad age range
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans
- Perform patient assessments, document treatment progress, and update records in Cerner EMR
- Educate patients and families on treatment procedures and post-discharge care
- Adapt therapies based on patient needs and progress
- Support facility efforts to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
What You Need
- Texas Physical Therapist (PT) license
- Experience working with a variety of age groups, from high school students to seniors
- Strong manual therapy skills, especially in orthopedic settings
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred:
- Experience in post-surgical outpatient rehab
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR
