Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on a mixed-acuity Stepdown/PCU unit
- Monitor patient vital signs and clinical conditions, responding promptly to changes
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
- Float within the OSU organization as needed to support patient care
- Document patient progress and update medical records accurately
- Support patients and families with education and compassionate communication
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid RN license in Ohio
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- At least 1 year of nursing experience in a similar setting
- Ability to work night shifts
- Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt in a progressive care environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a Stepdown or PCU setting
- Flexibility to float within OSU facilities
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
