We are seeking a dedicated Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner for a 23-day assignment in Wisconsin. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive clinical coverage for an inpatient behavioral health census, managing psychiatric follow-ups, new admissions, discharges, and urgent clinical evaluations, with shifts typically running from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM. The ideal candidate will be adept at interdisciplinary treatment planning and documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive clinical coverage for the assigned inpatient behavioral health census.
• Manage approximately 8–12 patient encounters daily, including psychiatric follow-ups, new admissions, discharges, and urgent clinical evaluations.
• Complete all required documentation within applicable hospital and regulatory timeframes.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary treatment planning.
• Adjust productivity based on patient acuity, admissions/discharges, clinical emergencies, and other patient-care responsibilities, prioritizing patient safety and quality of care.
