  • Two schedule options: 7 on / 7 off at 182 shifts/year or 218 annual shifts with flex shifts
  • Day shifts running 7 am - 7 pm at two hospital locations approximately 8 miles apart
  • Manageable census of 18 - 22 patients with APP support
  • Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist coverage; no procedures required
  • Epic EMR used at both hospital locations for seamless care coordination
  • Independent, physician-led hospitalist group with local scheduling decisions
  • Board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine or Family Practice required
  • Active Florida license required; employed position with transparent bonus structure
