Details:
•  Location: Oregon (near Tri-Cities, WA area)
•  Duration: As soon as credentialed for 6+ month locum assignment
•  Schedule: 3-4 weeks per month
•  Shift: Monday-Thursday, 8a-5p, Friday 8a-12p
•  Scope: Otolaryngology ENT primarily for clinic
•  Office Procedures: Skin lesions, Ear tubes in adults, Balloon sinuplasty, Blepharoplasty (eyelid tuck), Otoplasty (correction of prominent ears), Scar revision, Laser treatments, Snoring correction
•  Inpatient Procedures: Tonsils and adenoid surgery, Ear tubes in children, Septoplasty (correction of blocked breathing), Endoscopic sinus surgery, Nasal polyp removal, Thyroid surgery, Rhinoplasty, Vocal cord surgery
•  Volume: clinic 20-25 patients/day
•  EMR: EPIC
•  Group: 1 ENT, Practice Manager, Director of Surgical Clinics
•  Hospital: Level 3 trauma, 25-bed critical access hospital
•  Credentialing: Quick temps in 45-60 days
•  Require: Board Certified, Active Oregon license (open to license for OR, ~30 days to obtain!)
