Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform ROP (Retinopathy of Prematurity) screening in NICU settings across three hospital campuses
  
• Conduct comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology examinations on newborns
  
• Collaborate with NICU staff and neonatologists to coordinate patient care
  
• Document screening results and develop follow-up care plans
  
• Provide non-surgical and surgical ophthalmology interventions as needed
