What You’ll Do:
- Supervise and support all members of the rehab team across all disciplines
- Ensure clinical programs are operating effectively and consistently
- Lead and participate in facility meetings and initiatives
- Develop and implement new clinical programs and improvements
- Monitor compliance with screening policies and documentation standards
- Oversee timely completion of documentation and chart audits
- Collaborate with facility and upper management to support rehab goals and ensure quality care
What You Need:
- Valid licensure in rehabilitation or related field
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in rehab or healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of clinical standards, policies, and documentation requirements
- Excellent communication and team management skills
