What You’ll Do
- Deliver psychotherapeutic interventions to individuals and families with emotional and behavioral disorders
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop discharge plans
- Lead individual, group, or family therapy sessions aligned with treatment plans
- Develop initial treatment plans based on assessments and coordinate additional services as needed
- Document therapy services accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records
- Manage a caseload and participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Provide services in inpatient or outpatient settings, as appropriate
- Assist with case management, discharge, and aftercare planning
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward patients and colleagues
What You Need
Required:
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Human Services
- State or national licensure as a professional therapy provider or eligibility for licensure
- CPR and de-escalation/restraint certification
Preferred:
- Over 1 year of relevant experience working with similar patient populations
