What You’ll Do

  • Follow facility protocols to ensure safety and compliance

  • Foster a positive environment for patient recovery and well-being

  • Contribute to achieving optimal patient outcomes through dedicated support


What You Need

  • Valid OTA/COTA license in Texas

  • Experience working in long-term care (preferred but not required)

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Passion for helping patients regain independence
