What You’ll Do
- Provide high-quality care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
- Monitor telemetry for cardiac patients, including passing the telemetry test
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety
- Document patient progress and care interventions accurately using Epic EHR system
- Float within OSU, ensuring coverage across designated units
- Maintain compliance with all unit protocols and safety standards
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience in a related setting
- Ability to pass telemetry competency test
- Experience with Epic electronic health record system
Preferred:
- Experience monitoring telemetry patients
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Flexibility to float within OSU facilities
