What You’ll Do
- Provide clinical backup for the Emergency Department and Med-Surg/Special Care units
- Supervise and coordinate nursing activities during your shift
- Ensure patient safety and quality care in a community hospital setting
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver optimal patient outcomes
- Support staff and handle critical situations in a trauma-certified hospital
- Lead shift operations and ensure compliance with hospital policies
What You Need
- Current RN license (pending license acceptance eligible)
- Experience in emergency, critical care, or medical-surgical nursing preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy hospital environment
