- Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 – 07:30), rotating every 4 weeks
- Hours/Week: 36 hours
- Employment Type: W-2 Contract
- Licenses/Certifications: BLS, ACLS required
- Experience: 1+ years of telemetry experience
Pay & Benefits:
- Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18

What You’ll Do:
- Provide professional nursing care to adult patients in a telemetry unit, including oncology, COPD, and post-surgical patients
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret dysrhythmias to ensure patient safety
- Administer IV insulin protocols and manage insulin drips
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Assist with patient assessments, medication administration, and documentation
- Float within the Ohio State University (OSU) correctional unit as needed
- Support patients with active cancer treatments, surgical recovery, or other medical conditions
What You Need:
Required:
- Valid Ohio RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- 1+ years telemetry nursing experience
- Strong cardiac monitoring and dysrhythmia interpretation skills
- Experience with insulin protocols and drips
- Ability to work rotating day/night shifts
Preferred:
- Prior experience in a correctional healthcare setting
- Oncology nursing background
