What You’ll Do
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Operating Room setting
- Assess patients' biophysical, psychosocial, and environmental needs
- Prescribe and implement nursing interventions based on assessment findings
- Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety during procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and relevant data
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety standards in the OR environment
- Support patient discharge planning and education
What You Need
- Valid RN license in Michigan or applicable state
- Prior experience in operating room nursing preferred
- Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and communicate clearly
