What You’ll Do
- Provide specialized neonatal care within a dedicated NICU team
- Support and monitor fragile newborns, collaborating with physicians and nurses
- Participate in a 24/7/365 coverage schedule, including nights and weekends
- Manage patient assessments, treatments, and documentation accurately
- Ensure compliance with all safety and medical standards
- Communicate effectively with families and healthcare team members
- Contribute to high-quality, compassionate neonatal care
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Neonatal or related certification preferred
- Prior NICU or neonatal intensive care experience
Preferred:
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
