Description Job Details & Schedule Specialty: Internal Medicine (IM) / Family Practice (FP) Location: California (CA) Start Date: October 07, 2026 End Date: Ongoing (30-day mutual notice required for assignment termination) Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Coverage Type: Outpatient / Clinic Only (No call) Patient Volume & Clinical Scope Patient Census / Volume: 18 patients per day (PPD) minimum Patient Population: Mix of Pediatrics and Adults (Will accept Family Medicine-only physicians who treat all ages) Clinical Duties: Routine outpatient primary care, including chronic pain management Chart Closure Expectation: Within 72 hours of encounter Requirements & Credentials Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) preferred; Board Eligible (BE) considered within 5 years of residency completion (MD or DO accepted) Licensure & Registrations: Active California (CA) license & active DEA required prior to start date EMR System: Epic Submission Guidelines: Candidate CVs must include explicit Month/Year work history with all employment gaps accounted for Credentialing Timeline: 60+ Days (Typical timeframe 30–90 days; ~6 weeks standard with timely documentation) Mandatory Pre-Start Immunizations 2022–2023 Flu Vaccine TB Status / Chest X-Ray (Results within 90 days of start date) Tdap Immunization (Within the last 10 years) Positive Titers or Complete Series for: MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) Hepatitis B Varicella Zoster (Chickenpox) * Some information such as the email and phone number are hidden unless you are registered and logged-in
